Regional Shipping Restrictions
Please review the following restrictions before placing an order. These policies are in place to comply with state and federal laws:
- We do not ship Delta-8 products to states where Delta-8 is restricted or illegal.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes in any state.
- We do not ship hemp-derived products to Alaska, Arkansas, or Oregon.
- Vape-related items—including cartridges, disposables, and hardware like Lookah devices—cannot be shipped to Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington.
- We do not sell or ship THCA products to states listed below, as outlined in our THCA State Restriction Schedule:Restricted States for THCA:

Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states.
- Shipping carriers may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of the order.
- Most packages arrive within 2–3 business days, but delivery times may vary due to weather or other factors outside our control.
- In certain cases, orders may need to be shipped via USPS.

- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- We may request additional verification for security, such as a driver’s license or college ID to confirm age and identity.
Returns Policy
- We do not accept returns on consumable items such as oils, dabs, flower, gummies, lollipops, or Pot Rocks.
- For non-consumables, returns are accepted for new, unopened items within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Eligible returns can be refunded or credited to your store account, subject to approval.
- Items older than 10 days from delivery are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Returned items must be in unused condition and include all original packaging and materials.
- All returns will be inspected before any refund or credit is issued.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@unclezu.com.
For shipping errors or defective items, please email us your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged, and only if the request is made within 10 days of the delivery date.
